Yes, so often it isn't about 'us'. Well said.

I can't imagine taking on the task of going to school, in addition to raising a family. I don't think there are enough hours in the day. Now that I'm working six out of seven days a week, I'm busy enough. There isn't enough time to write my blog, read my favorite bloggers and still do everything around the house that needs to be done.
BTW, I really liked your 55. How clever.

ugh, I hated school. I never read the assigned readings and kinda was just there. I passed just fine but never really cared. Best of luck in getting it all figured out. I'm sure you'll do just fine

    Hey Ciara,
You are going to be fine--just hang in there. I know you'll get yourself organized eventually and in the meantime, just don't sweat the small stuff. (Of course, If you are like me, you'll do it anyway ;)) (((hugs)))

And wow...your 55 really hit home today.

Are you being Mysterious this week?
I loved this 55 Ciara Mist...
Also, History tests should pose as NO PROBLEM to you, they were current events in your youth....:P

"By the way, it's only the second week. How the hell will I get through the rest of the school year? "

I have no idea how anyone could be a full time mom and student. Good luck.

I agree with BellaDaddy. I'm expecting one heck of a beer post next Friday! =)

Man I hope my kids don't ask me how I studied in school, and if it wasn't for my wife, I probably wouldn't be a functional member of society. Thanks for reminding me that I'm a failure as a role model :)

Bella Daddy and Tom beat me to it, but I'll say it anyway:

    "I suggest you start drinking heavily, don't worry, I'm pre-Med" :)

School plus any other full-time thing equals rough. I tried to do online grad school shortly after taking a new job. I handled it pretty well until we had a new baby in the house.

This may not be very responsible advice, but it was helpful when my wife gave it to me: Don't try to do everything perfect for school. It's OK to get a slightly worse grade on something if 'slacking off' buys you some time and energy for the things you value most.
